We’ll finally focus on managing the service, performance and quality of your team and applying the different management and leadership styles with individuals.
Day 2 – 11th March – Understanding self and others
The second day will develop your self-awareness as a manager, understanding individual personality traits and how you prefer to communicate with others. By thinking about your teams and how they function, you will look at defining team roles, developing skills in influencing and motivating others and will look at coaching as an activity to develop, challenge, support and empower your team members.
Day 3 – 14th April – Effective communication with colleagues and raising challenging issues
The final day will focus on the interpersonal and communication skills required for effective management and leadership. We will discuss challenges that exist in the workplace with peers, direct reports and senior managers.
