The PET-CT Academy has successfully exhibited at the Royal College of Radiologists virtual conference ‘RCR Digital Learning Programme’. The annual conference is usually face to face offering informative lectures and workshops around clinical radiology and ar rolex datejust m279178 0031 ladies unknown gold tone automatic oncology over a 3 day period. In light of the current COVID19 pandemic the event has gone virtual for the first time.

The conference took place from 21st September to 9th October giving the delegates the opportunity to book onto sessions which were relevant to them around their working commitments.

With over 500 delegates registered across the 3 weeks this was a perfect opportunity for the Academy to showcase the educational packages available for professionals within the field and share with delegates’ exciting  information around the launch of the PET-CT Network.

The Academy supported two sessions within the conference this year

  • Multi–modality imaging of the renal tract which featured an informative talk around Positron emission tomography–computed tomography (PET–CT) imaging of prostate cancer Dr Manil Subesinghe from Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London
  • Clinical radiology – Impact of COVID on Training which was chaired by Dr Stephen Harden from the Royal College of Radiologists which highlighted the shift in working patterns of the Radiologist and the impact of those in training.

The PET-CT Academy were delighted to support the RCR on their first virtual event and are very much looking forward to exhibiting at more virtual conferences in the future as we move clreplica.is towards the ‘New Normal’
